Can not say enough good things about Summit. Buddy is easy to talk to, patiently answered all of my questions, and explained what was going on. I do not live on the property yet. Being from New England I needed to be educated about the strange creatures that were eating the cabins. We had spent a small fortune replacing the termite damage and needed to make sure the new wood didn't suffer the same fate. We have them come quarterly, have never had a problem reaching them, very reasonably priced, and no upselling.

He did a thorough inspection of all barriers and return visits just to make sure my rodent situation was fully remedied. I will definitely be calling back if I have any additional issues with pests. We just had our first annual inspection, and were very impressed with the performance of the system and the service provided by Summit Pest Solutions. Buddy's inspections are very thorough, and he has also been very responsive and helpful in answering my pest-related questions throughout the year between inspections, to help us determine when an issue needs to be addressed, when it can wait until our next inspection, and if/when we can address it ourselves or should schedule service sooner. Highly recommend!
